I love your designs, but I want something a little different to fit my business image better, do you do custom designs?

Yes, we do custom designs.  Some of the more popular custom design requests are:

1. Combining different elements from two or more standard samples/styles to create a totally new design.
2. Adding logos or photos to a standard sample/style.
3. Sending us digital files to be included in a design.
4. Creating a new design for an industry that is not available in our samples/styles section.

What is a custom design?

A custom design is any design that is different than the designs, no matter how small the difference, from our standard samples/styles section.

How much do you charge for custom designs?

We charge a non-refundable flat fee of $40 for most custom designs that take up to 30 minutes of design time.  We will quote you an estimate cost if your request will take more than 30 minutes to design.

How do I request a custom design?

Business Cards

Are there more samples and styles other than the ones displayed in your website?

All our current designs are displayed on our website.  Our design department work constantly to create new designs and add them to our website periodically.  Please check our website from time to time for the latest designs.

Can you e-mail me a proof before finishing my order?

Our policy is to e-mail all our customers a digital proof for final approval before running any order.

For how long can I expect to receive my business cards after I approved the digital proof?

It should take an average of four to seven business days to receive your order from us.  Next day shipping is available on request for $10 above the regular S&H charge.

Why do the color of my business cards look different than the color I see on my computer monitor?

Due to the different combination of graphic cards and computer monitors, there is going to be minor color variations between your computer monitor and the business card in most cases.
